As the court action against Crossrail attacks are set to start and will start as soon as the preliminary procedural steps have been gone through, attention is going to be increasingly focussed on how the Khoodeelaar! Another Crossrail lie - 'saving' the 'heritage' of London to justify the destruction of London lives by Crossrail hole plan!

Today’s electronic plug about the Crossrail-linked ‘possibilities for the saving of the heritage of London’ illustrates the evil power that is often exercised by the Big Business which controls the overwhelming part of what is contained in and conveyed by the e-media.


It shows once again that the otherwise crassly conceived Crossrail project is being promoted by bringing in references to its image that do not have anything at all to do with transport.
As I have argued for the past five years against Crossrail, there is no economic case for the project. And to say it out loud and clearly – the fact that there is a transport problem in London does not mean that there has to be a project like Crossrail to address that transport problem,. Secondly, the fact that there is a perennially crisis-ridden railway system or sub-system in the UK does not mean, cannot mean, that that crisis or that tendency to crisis will be reversed let alone remedied by having a CrossRail project. Throughout the past five years that I have attended to the crassness raised by the Crossrail plan, I have come across endless assertions by the promoters of the argument that it ‘will bring benefits’. When I have asked them to describe what benefits and in what context, they have failed. And the same thing happens every single day . Every time that I have any communication or contact with anyone promoting Crossrail in any part of the real London or on the internet. Today, I have com across this banal promotion. Again, claiming that Crossrail will save the heritage of London> this is via the Government’s release And loyally, the UK Government’s propaganda releases are replicated a thousand times by all the other media. Lazy. Ignorant, partial and indifferent to the devastation that Crossrail will cause to the East End of London. And far father beyond.
One of the most corrupting side-effects – or core-effects- of the electronic media has been the facility with which lies can be plugged.
There is no way to check the sources until it is too late. In millions of cases – across the World Wide Web as it is, there are lies being perpetrated that cannot be checked. In either sense of then word. They are thus being allowed to remain on the ‘files’ and it will take earth-shattering events to change the recorded lies.
That is a global aspect. The global dimension across time.
In the local situation, such as Crossrail, we have in London so many outlets of state-sponsored or state-worshipping outlets that no local community could possibly match the liars output.
And this is nowhere more visible than in the promotion of Crossrail hole project.
From time to time, the so-called electronic Government outlets churn out total lies which they dress up in unconditional assertions as if those assertions are morally valid, ethically valid and factually valid. ON none of the criteria can the lie stand when it comes to the assertion that Crossrail will bring ‘benefits’ to the communities it is designed to destroy.


AADHIKARonline economic reports due to be published during Wednesday 9 August 2006 will include a focus on the role of Tower Hamlets CrossRail hole Council in CREATING poverty in the East End. We also report on the massive deskilling of the largest proportion of ethnicity-linked young population that has ever taken place in the inner cities of the UK. VIEW the first series of reports on how the Crossrail hole plot against the East End of London is holely to be blamed on Ken Livingstone, the so-called mayor of London who took part in the nervous stunt staged on Friday 24 March 2006 just a working day before the Khoodeelaar! High Court action against UK Crossrail hole Bill Minister was due to be mounted... The so-called Select Committee [UK House of Commons – where a group of political poodles, ‘MPs, was set up to stage a fake scrutiny so that the Crass CrossRail Bill would be seen to have been given ‘democratic examination in parliament’] announced [it had no legal authority to make that announcement – see the separately published Khoodeelaar! legal action programme reports for this – that a Crossrail hole would be dug in the Hanbury Street – That announcement for the digging of a Crossrail hole in Hanbury Street had no democratic legitimacy or mandate. And it is the subject of the most comprehensive legal challenge being prepared by Khoodeelaar. – how London mayor Ken Livingstone is to blame for this together with five councillors on Tower Hamlets Coucnil and why they re all going to be taken to court so that they do not go ahead with the grotesque plan to dig the Crossrail hole in the East End

Before I describe the liabilities that London mayor Ken Livingstone has for the damage his Crossrail hole will cause to so many children in the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 area, I feel it right to get a picture over of what the street is like.
As I look down the Hanbury Street, I can see about 30 boys sitting on the railings, and I know that they are not expecting any serious interruption to their e daily routine. Tehse are teenagers, out to have a relaxed, lazy time. But they will be very sore when they find out the details of how they can’t be sitting on the railings if the Crossrail Bill gets through the Parliament in its present form. It is these and other children who will be amongst the most affected by the Crossrail plan. I have spoken to some of the local children and when they get a picture of what is being plotted against their neighbourhood horrified. They will be even more horrified huge cranes arrive to attack their home area. The same is the case with families on both sides of Hanbury Street. And of the small shops and businesses. For more than 32 months now, I have walked up and down the Hanbury Street especially to see what the place looks like before the CrossRail hole. Top know what the people who live here know. Of the air,. Of the atmosphere. I have walked up and down the street more times in the past three years than I had done in the previous 31 years. I was not a stranger to the Hanbury Street. But the familiarity I have obtained in the past 32 months is unique. It is a street which carries the life of this community. It is full of resources., Human resources. Social clues., And life. All of this will be assaulted by Crossrail when they start digging the hole. And every part of Hanbury Street will be turned into a fortress of resistance against the dreadful, unwanted, unnecessary,. Dangerous, sick-making CrossRail hole.

The banality that I identified in the exhibition of the latest ‘Tower Hamlets mayoral trip to the official residence of the Bangladesh president in Dhaka, Bangladesh’ [see AADHIKARonline Monday 76 August 2006] extends beyond a possible ‘joke’ and hurts real peoples’ real lives.
The banality is in the fact that here is an inner city, inner London 'poorest borough' Council ‘mayor’ [ who in fact backed the liars in the Tower Hamlets Council chamber on 24 May 2006 , the evening when he first ‘took the chair’ as mayor and presided over the first formal session of the token Council.] being at least bon one Dhaka newspaper being shown in a feting way as if he were representing a state of some sort and that in that state lived people who were making in the main real strides and big achievements!
Although I did not stay for the full extent of the idiocies that mayor Shafiqul Haq [that spelling is used in the Dhaka business paper that has carried the embarrassing trip report] backed in the evening of 24 May 2006, I have been reliably informed of the one crucial moment when mayor Shafiqul sided with those [the controlling clique on the Tower Hamlets Council] who were backing the Crossrail assault on the community. Several speakers spoke against the fact that the Chief executive Christine Gilbert had sabotaged any discussion of the Crossrail hole plot

I have been discussing the factual evidence on which the Khoodeelaar! Programme of legal actions against the Crossrail hole plot is based.
In the course of the analysis, I have shown how criminally active many of the defendants from the Tower Hamlets Council have been in backing this assault o the East End. As our programme of court actions is not being brought at criminal law, the main evidence will be presented in the context of the available possibilities for the invocation of the existing English law.
